    Organisational governance

Modelling a culture that is respectful, safe and inclusive for all

We acknowledge and respect Aboriginal people as the state’s first people and nations, and recognise them as the traditional owners and occupants of the land on which we work.

We make reconciliation part of everything we do, building on previous work towards genuine access and inclusivity for Aboriginal peoples.

We model a culture of respect and inclusion for those from all walks of life, no matter what their background. We have zero tolerance for disrespect or violence, and we work to provide a safe, respectful and inclusive workplace in which our people can excel as professional public sector employees.

We live up to our values, championing the rights of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people through our Reconciliation Action Plan, people living with disability through our Disability Access and Inclusion Plan, and women through our commitment to remain a White Ribbon accredited workplace.
