This is a free, step-by-step guide to workplace health and wellbeing, including tools, resources, templates and factsheets.
The Healthy Workplaces Service, which supports South Australian businesses to create and maintain a healthy workplace, recently upgraded its Healthy Workplace Toolkit.
It now provides a step-by-step guide to help employers, large or small, to plan, action and evaluate a workplace health and wellbeing strategy.
The free toolkit contains a list of recommendations for the most common health and wellbeing issues – from alcohol and nutrition, to smoking and vaping, mental health and sleep and fatigue. There are also resources and tools, templates and fact sheets to help workplaces take action.
The Healthy Workplaces Service – part of a five-year, $3.6 million Healthy Workplace Strategy – is a joint initiative of Wellbeing SA, the Department for Industry, Innovation and Science, ReturnToWork SA, SafeWork SA, and the Office of the Commissioner for Public Sector Employment.
